Oh happy day! I am so excited to be sharing this beautiful wedding held at the amazing Foxhall Resort! Ansleigh & Billy are two of the kindest people and it reflected throughout their entire day as they loved on all their people so well. They were all smiles & full of anticipation to walk down to the aisle to one another! Ansleigh planned so many fun details for their wedding day including Steel City Popsicles, which are a favorite of the bride and her dad, while the groom and his dad chose a cigar and bourbon bar! I love when couples incorporate personal touches. Ansleigh also chose to do several first looks which I am a huge fan of! Capturing her bridesmaids, grandma’s, dad, and Billy’s reactions made me tear up behind the lens- It is so obvious how much each and every one of them love Ansleigh!
The wedding day kicked off with some bridal bunch mimosa’s and getting ready, while the boys participated in some skeet shooting on the resort property, how fun! After everyone was ready, we did all the first looks before the ceremony started. It was a bit windy, but praises for no rain and a warm temperature of right at 75 degrees. Ansleigh & Billy chose to get married in front of a Cross and dedicate their marriage to serving and loving each other before the Lord. They wrote their own vows and vowed to pray, lead, and walk together in Christ. I love seeing how the Lord orchestrates marriages and brings two people together so intricately. I am excited to see how the Lord uses Ansleigh and Billy’s marriage to reflect His Love to all those that see them.
After the ceremony, we snuck away for some Bride and Groom portraits. Foxhall has some amazing locations for portraits + Billy & Ansleigh are super adorable together! Check them out below! I’m in love! They then entered to their reception with lots of cheers and claps from friends and family that traveled to be there with them to celebrate! Without a doubt, this was one of the most fun and lively dancing groups I’ve ever been blessed to photograph! The dance floor was always packed with some awesome dancers! I had a hard time narrowing down images for the reception, but see for yourself!
Thank you so much to the Kiser and Lonas families for having me be a part of this most special day! It is always an honor. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Billy Lonas!
